Accommodation

The conference is being held at Tóth Árpád Secondary School, Debrecen. The Gulyás Pál Youth

Hotel is 7 minutes walking time from the School. The basic accommodation will be four-bed rooms

with shared facilities on each floor. It is also available to apply for twin or single rooms for extra

fees, but there is limited availability of these rooms so early booking is advised.

Conference Fees

Basic fees for the conference will be 410 USD or 315 EUR.

Registration will close on 1st May 2011. All conference fees should be paid by 15th May 2011

at the latest. This includes six nights’ accommodation (Sunday-Saturday), all meals and

fieldtrip-transportation.

Extra Fees

In case you would like to stay in twin- or single rooms you have to pay an extra fee.

The extra cost of a twin room is 100 USD or 75 EUR / person (=200 USD or 150 EUR / room).

The extra cost of a single room is 200 USD or 150 EUR / person (=200 USD or 150 EUR / room).

Important!

Please keep in mind that the money arriving to us should be the specified amount,

i.e. bank charges should be covered by the sender.

For bank transfers this must be specified by the sender when initiating the transfer.
