Guideline:

Participants are high school students (13-19 years of age) accompanied by their teacher or mentor

It is recommended that one group consist of 1 teacher + 4 students or 2 teachers + 3 students

and gender balanced.

If there are more groups, every group needs to do a separate presentation

Conference Fees

Basic fees for the conference will be 410 USD or 315 EUR.

Registration will close on 1st May 2011. All conference fees should be paid by 15th May 2011

at the latest. This includes six nights’ accommodation (Sunday-Saturday), all meals and

fieldtrip-transportation.

Extra Fees

In case you would like to stay in twin- or single rooms you have to pay an extra fee.

The extra cost of a twin room is 100 USD or 75 EUR / person (=200 USD or 150 EUR / room).

The extra cost of a single room is 200 USD or 150 EUR / person (=200 USD or 150 EUR / room).

Important!

Please keep in mind that the money arriving to us should be the specified amount,

i.e. bank charges should be covered by the sender.

For bank transfers this must be specified by the sender when initiating the transfer.
